Shipping & Packaging Associate Becoming Jewelry

• Kennebunk, ME Becoming is a small jewelry company creating meaningful jewelry for everyday life. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to prepare and ship customer orders and help package jewelry in our Kennebunk studio. You'll help ensure each order is accurate, well packaged, and shipped in a timely manner.

Job Duties include:

Clean and package jewelry Print invoices and shipping labels Check each order for accuracy and quality Prepare and mail customer shipments Keep shipping and packaging supplies organized, and flag supplies running low Help with occasional order preparation and studio upkeep What we're looking for: Dependable attendance and clear communication about schedule needs Strong attention to detail and comfort handling small jewelry pieces Ability to follow procedures and work independently after training Comfort with routine, hands-on tasks Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our shipping system A considerate teammate who asks questions and communicates when work is unfinished or an issue needs attention Position details: Part-time position, approximately 16 hours per week, in our Kennebunk office Regular schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, approximately four hours each day. Consistent daytime hours, with the specific schedule agreed upon at hiring. Occasional availability to cover a Wednesday or work additional hours during busy periods is helpful.
