Schedule:

Monday-Friday (Full-time, Second Shift 12pm-8pm) Job Overview Highbrow is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production & Delivery Team Members to support our pre-roll assembly operations and assist with retail deliveries. In this role, you'll work on the production floor preparing high-quality pre-roll products, often using and working alongside production equipment. This role is also responsible for delivery and is expected to deliver products from our retail location to customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable working 8 hour second shifts in a fast-paced, physically active environment. They are organized, reliable, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset, and are comfortable operating production machinery. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Assemble, weigh, and package cannabis pre-roll products to company standards Operate and work alongside pre-roll production and packaging machinery Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency and compliance Accurately label, sort, and prepare finished goods for distribution Maintain strict adherence to state compliance and internal SOPs Assist in inventory tracking and product counts Prepare and stage orders for retail delivery routes Conduct retail deliveries between Highbrow locations in a safe and timely manner Verify delivery manifests and ensure accurate order fulfillment Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and storage areas Communicate any product, process, or equipment issues to supervisors Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and delivery goals Ability to drive for the delivery portion of the role Occasionally assist with other operational tasks as needed Knowledge & Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures Comfort working with and around production machinery Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Clear communication and problem-solving abilities Comfort working in a regulated environment with strict compliance standards Desired Qualifications Previous experience in production, packaging, delivery, or machine operation preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record required High school diploma or GED Experience in cannabis operations is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during evening hours Flexibility for occasional overtime based on business needs
