Job description F&T Fur Harvester's Trading Post is a mail order company that ships packages to customers all over the world. We offer a complete line of supplies for trappers, houndsmen and predator callers. Our company is customer focused so we expect our employees to do a great job for our customers. This means that we send our customers what they ordered in a timely manner and that the products arrive to them in a presentable way.

Packing Lead Responsibilities Include:

Packing orders in boxes efficiently and safely so they arrive without damage Using good judgement to determine cost-effective shipping methods Leading a team of 4-5 associates including but not limited to: giving direction, answering questions and leading by example Ordering and organizing supplies Keeping accurate monthly inventory counts of supplies on hand

Packing Lead Qualifications/Skills:

Must have a good and friendly attitude Strong leadership skills is a must, management experience a plus Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have attention to detail Must have a valid driver's license Job is full-time year-round Monday-Friday, typically 8a-5p with a break for lunch.
