Packaging Associate

Job Summary The Packaging Associate is responsible for repetitively packaging manufactured products in a fast-paced production environment. This role is stationary, requires standing for the duration of the shift, and involves consistent, repetitive motions. Packaging materials and products are delivered to the associate by the Order Fulfillment team. Key Responsibilities Package finished products according to established quality and order requirements Perform repetitive packing tasks while remaining at a designated workstation Visually inspect products and packaging materials for defects or damage Label, seal, and prepare packaged items for shipment or next production stage Maintain correct inventory counts on stocking items Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Communicate packaging issues or material shortages to supervisors or team leads Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Qualifications Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred but not required Work Environment & Physical Requirements Stationary position for the majority of the shift Continuous standing throughout the workday Repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling of packaged materials (within defined weight limits) Manufacturing environment with noise, machinery, and production activity Must be able to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
