As a Warehouse Associate, you will support the daily operations of the warehouse while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities include truck unloading, inventory management, order picking, palletizing, and general warehouse organization. Duties Unload trucks, receive products, count stock, and maintain an organized warehouse. Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare products accurately and efficiently for delivery. Assemble and load products onto delivery trucks in a timely manner. Maintain accurate, running inventory and assist with order processing. Record, report, and return defective or damaged items from previous deliveries. Follow warehouse procedures and complete regular safety and equipment checks. Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety and quality standards. Use a Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM) to complete required warehouse activities. Follow schedules and instructions provided by the Foreman or Supervisor. Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Work effectively in varying weather conditions and temperatures. Remain flexible with scheduling based on customer and business needs. Requirements Must wear steel toe shoes or boots Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 15 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the workday. General understanding of warehouse operations and standard warehouse practices. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, schedules, and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work safely and maintain quality standards at all times. Comfortable working with a Warehouse Management System; SAP EWM experience preferred . Previous experience operating an electric pallet jack is preferred .
