DIRECT HIRE

up to 6 new Rackers and Packers for our 1st Shift and 2nd Shifts. The job description includes, but is not limited to: The job of a laborer vary, changing from day to day. They perform a variety of duties involving tool use, lifting, carrying and managing equipment. Entering Data into Computer Work Station. This position does involve physical work and does require lifting up to 40 lbs.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months recent work history preferably in an industrial setting within the past year. We are seeking employees with have excellent attendance, teamwork skills and a competitive hustle to meets goals and want to learn new skills. WE PAY WEEKLY!

We offer a base pay of $15.50 per hour to start plus a weekly piece rate bonus (average $1.50 - $2.50/hour) and Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses. 2nd Shift Premium +$3.00 / hourly.
