Packaging and Finishing Associate Extreme Screen Prints - 3.2 Grandville, MI Job Details Full-time $17 - $20 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Sewing Packing Stitching Cleaning Warehouse experience Full Job Description Packaging & Finishing Associate Extreme Screen Prints is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Packaging & Finishing Associate to help complete customer orders before they leave our facility. This position handles the final quality check, finishing, and packaging of custom apparel. Every order is different, so attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions are important. What You'll Do Quality check, count, fold, and pack finished garments. Follow purchase orders and client-specific packaging instructions. Sew woven labels and hem tags. Apply hang tags and other finishing items. Operate an automatic garment folding and bagging machine. Apply size labels, SKU stickers, and other required bag labels. Maintain clean, consistent, premium presentation of finished orders. Follow the daily schedule and adjust as priorities change. Assist other warehouse and production departments when needed. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail. Dependable attendance and work habits. Ability to follow written instructions accurately. Comfortable working at a steady production pace. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Willingness to learn new equipment and finishing processes. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, sewing, apparel, or production experience is helpful but not required. This is a warehouse position, the Packaging Department is located away from our main printing equipment and is generally quieter and cooler than the primary production area.
