This position focuses exclusively on packaging duties and does not involve transportation. The ideal candidate is responsible, smart, and able to properly document and label each item according to its condition.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently packing household items in boxes and protective materials, ensuring they are ready for movers to load. Responsibilities:

Pack Household Items:

Carefully pack household items into boxes using protective wrap or bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.

Organize and Label:

Ensure all boxes are properly labeled and organized for easy identification and handling by movers.

Inventory Management:

Maintain a detailed inventory of packed items to ensure all belongings are accounted for.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and guide a team of packers, ensuring efficient and high-quality packing standards.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols to prevent injuries and damage to items during the packing process.

Quality Control:

Inspect packed boxes to ensure items are secure and protected, ready for transportation.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing any concerns and providing packing advice as needed.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in packing or moving services is highly preferred. Attention to

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift and carry heavy items, and stand for extended periods.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring productivity and quality.
