The Packaging Worker plays a critical role in ensuring that all products are packaged securely, accurately, and efficiently. This position involves working on the assembly line to prepare orders for shipment, as well as assisting with various daily operational tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Package items in boxes, ensuring accuracy and care with each order. Tape boxes securely and apply the correct shipping labels. Maintain quality standards to ensure products are free from damage and presentation meets company expectations. Assist with daily operational tasks such as: Organizing and stocking packaging supplies. Cutting/ripping bubble wrap and other protective materials. Tagging products for inventory and sales. Cleaning and maintaining work areas. Supporting other team members as needed. Follow safety and security procedures at all times. Report any issues with packaging materials, equipment, or processes to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, packaging, or assembly line experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Working Conditions Indoor work environment in the jewelry office/warehouse. Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs. May require flexible scheduling based on business needs. Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay (every Friday). Eligible for overtime as approved. Employee discount on jewelry. Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
