Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Live Seller/Packer and become a vital link in delivering exceptional shopping experiences! In this energetic role, you will combine your passion for engaging with customers live online and your skills in efficient packing and warehouse operations. Your enthusiasm will help showcase products, answer customer inquiries in real-time, and ensure orders are accurately packed and dispatched promptly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of e-commerce, blending lively interaction with meticulous logistics management. Responsibilities Conduct lively live selling sessions, demonstrating products enthusiastically to engage viewers and drive sales Respond promptly to customer questions and comments during live streams, providing detailed product information and fostering a positive shopping environment Prepare and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in item selection, quality control, and packaging standards Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners to efficiently load, unload, stock, and retrieve items Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately Follow safety protocols diligently while handling heavy equipment and materials to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize order fulfillment processes, improve packing efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality control Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, shipping & receiving procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and packing materials safely using personal protective equipment (PPE) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for order picking, stocking, inventory management, and quality control Basic math skills for order calculations and inventory tracking Excellent communication skills for engaging customers during live sessions and coordinating with team members Commitment to safety protocol adherence in all aspects of warehouse operations Join us if you're energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while maintaining efficient warehouse workflows!
