Full Job Description Crate Builder Description:
A crate builder is responsible for building and loading all crates needed for the days shipping needs. We ship 4 meter pipe and roller tracks. The crates are quite long we need someone who can maximize their time management and help us develop new systems for crating to minimize wasted packaging materials. The crate builder is also responsible for building specialty crates needed to ship out our complete racking systems on. Our goal is to exceed expectations and ensure our customers receive an exceptional product at NIS.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to use a measuring tape and basic hand tools.
- Must be able to use various table saws and practice exceptional safety techniques.
- Must be reliable and work well with others.
- Must be willing to learn and advance individual skills.
- Follow instructions given by supervisor quickly and work efficiently with minimum supervision.
- Keep work space clean and free of debris.
