Prior to shipment, you will inspect completed orders for accuracy and quality, helping to maintain high customer satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage priorities within set deadlines, and dedicated to following all safety procedures and best practices. Schedule Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (plus overtime and some Saturday work) Pay $18/hr. Pay frequency is every two weeks Essential Responsibilities Certify orders are free of errors: correct quantity requested, correct SKU requested, and quality of product is free of damage. Ensure that all banded units are built tightly, and levelers effectively used for safe transport. Notify order puller of any errors found for correction prior to transport and notify supervisor of any discrepancies, product quality, or safety issues. Record daily audited order information onto written and/or electronic logs. Anticipate the needs of the business by auditing orders of high priority prior to those of low priority. Flexibility in scheduling - able to work overtime as needed. Able to withstand exposure to seasonal weather elements and wood dust. 100%: Stand, handle or feel, squeeze or grasp. 100%: Working bent at waist, stoop, kneel, crouch, bending, or twisting. 80%: Reaching with hands and arms, depth perception. 50%: Walk, repetitive motion, operate moving equipment. May Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
