Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Picker/Packer Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders using an iPad-based system, preparing products for shipment, and helping maintain efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and is eager to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding organization. Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately using an iPad-based order management system Use a warehouse cart to efficiently move throughout the facility while fulfilling orders Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipment Pack products safely and securely to meet quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with inventory organization and other warehouse projects as needed Follow company procedures and productivity expectations Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals Learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities as the business grows

Qualifications Required:

Reliable attendance and strong dependability Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using an iPad and basic technology Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Preferred:

Previous warehouse experience Order picking and packing experience Experience using handheld devices, tablets, or warehouse management systems Warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
