We are a growing manufacturer and seller of ATV and UTV replacement parts and accessories located in Anoka, Minnesota. This position performs product assembly, packaging, order fulfillment, and light warehouse work. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable using a computer, and able to work efficiently with limited supervision. Responsibilities Assemble and package small ATV and UTV parts and accessories Inspect products for quality and packaging accuracy Prepare and package distributor orders for shipment Perform light mechanical and product assembly work Use computer programs to access product and order information Label, organize, and prepare completed products for shipping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area Break down boxes and sweep common areas Assist with other packaging, assembly, and warehouse duties as needed Required Qualifications Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Able to work efficiently and independently Comfortable performing repetitive assembly and packaging tasks Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift heavier boxes, 50lbs max Preferred Experience Previous packaging, assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required Schedule and Pay Full-time Day shift, Monday through Friday $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications In-person position in Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% company match
