Full Job Description Position:

Picker Packer Position Summary :

The Picker Packer is mainly responsible for preparing orders for shipping to our customers by picking designated products from inventory and packing them diligently to ensure that the products arrive to our customers in the best quality condition. They will check products for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are selected. These duties will be performed in accordance with standard operating instructions to ensure outbound shipments are correct and defect-free.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders in compliance with company processes and policies
• Handle inventory with care and attention to detail to ensure inventory is not damaged or misused
• Work as a team to pick, pack, all orders printed before 12 pm the same day
• Be proactive in finding efficiencies and improving processes and working with management for implementation
• Follow company safety policies and procedures, and encourage other associates to do the same
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized on a daily basis
• Be respectful of others, the work environment, and the workplace culture

Skills and Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand up for 4 hours at a time
• Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
• Takes initiative, self-starter, positive attitude, team spirit and grit
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Take direction well and not afraid to ask questions

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
