IQ Resource Group is seeking a dependable Machine Operator AND Packer to join a growing manufacturing team in the Brooklyn Center, MN area!

$18.00 an hour andMachine Operator :
$22.00 an hour! The right candidate will operate and monitor a variety of production equipment, inspect finished products for quality, and prepare products for shipment. This is a hands-on position that offers training and the opportunity to learn multiple areas of the production process.Responsibilities:
Safely operate and monitor production equipment, which may include saws, grinders, laminators, molding presses, die-cutting presses, CNC equipment, and packaging machinery. Follow production drawings, work instructions, and specifications to ensure products are made correctly. Prepare finished products for shipment by counting, measuring, weighing, packing, labeling, and stacking materials. Inspect products throughout the production and packaging process to identify defects or quality concerns. Set up equipment and perform basic adjustments to maintain proper machine operation. Monitor equipment for issues and assist with troubleshooting when products do not meet specifications. Load materials and products into packaging and processing equipment. Complete production, packing, quality, and other required paperwork accurately.Qualifications:
Must have 1 year of Machine Operator experience or related Manufacturing experience. Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or general work experience preferred. Basic math and measuring skills, including working with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to inspect products and recognize quality issues. Ability to accurately complete production and quality records. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to read and write English. IND123Pay:
