Champlin Schedule:
Primarily Monday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Room patients, record vital signs, document chief complaints, and reconcile medication and allergy lists in Epic. Administer immunizations, perform phlebotomy, run 12-lead EKGs, and process point-of-care laboratory specimens. Assist clinicians with outpatient examinations, sterile tray setups, minor procedures, and wound care. Stock and sanitize exam rooms to maintain clinical infection control standards and ensure smooth daily patient flow.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Licensure:
Active, unencumbered Minnesota EMT or Paramedic License required.
Certification:
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience:
Previous clinical experience administering immunizations or injections (clinic, public health, or retail environment preferred).
Technical Skills:
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EHR/EMR documentation systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent bedside manner, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail.
