Monday-Friday- 7a-3:30pm (start and end times can fluctuate) ($19) 2nd shift 3p-1:00am Monday-Friday ($22)

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and process seed orders according to company standards. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Label, sort, and organize inventory for efficient storage and retrieval. Assist in loading and unloading shipments. Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed. Other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods. Must be able to communicate and read/write in English. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Team player with good communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
