Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring General Production Workers / Kitting Assembly! General Production Worker / Kitting Assembly role involves: Job Duties Assemble and kit cardboard display products. Package finished products for shipment. Pick and prepare customer orders. Use hand tools and warehouse equipment, including: Tape gun Manual pallet jack Box cutter Plastic hammer Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and quality standards. Help improve production efficiency and assist in other production tasks as needed. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Occasionally sit when needed. Regularly lift up to 25 lbs . Frequently lift up to 50 lbs . Use close attention to detail and have good vision, including color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Skills Needed Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced production environment. Comfortable using basic hand tools. Good teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and willingness to perform different production tasks.
