Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Repack / Packing Associate to join a warehouse team in Otsego, MN. This position is responsible for packing and repacking parts, preparing products for shipment, and completing inventory-related tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing hands-on, labor-intensive work and using computers to complete inventory adjustments and documentation. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently are important for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack and repack parts according to shipping and inventory requirements. Ensure products are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment. Load and organize bins, containers, and packaging materials as needed. Sort, stage, and move products and materials throughout the repack area. Verify product quantities and information to maintain inventory accuracy. Use computer systems to complete inventory adjustments and update records. Follow established inventory procedures and assist with inventory tracking. Complete required warehouse and repack documentation accurately. Support shipping and receiving operations as needed. Handle packaging materials, waste, and other materials associated with the repack process. Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or improperly packaged products. Follow written work instructions and established packaging procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures. Assist with additional warehouse and repack responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions in English. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Comfortable using computers and learning warehouse or inventory systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision. Previous warehouse, production, packing, repack, or material-handling experience preferred. Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Dependable with consistent attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks throughout the workday. Steel-toe boots required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday. Ability to periodically lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced, labor-intensive warehouse and repack environment. Hands-on work involving packaging materials, products, bins, and other warehouse materials. Work may be physically demanding and may result in getting dirty or sweaty during the workday. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots, must be worn as required. Must consistently follow established warehouse, packaging, and workplace safety procedures.
