Temp About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Woodworkers for a millwork manufacturing company in Rice, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality wood doors, frames, and architectural millwork products while supporting a skilled production team. Woodworker:

• Stacking lumber from conveyor to carts by size, width and species.
• Stack mouldings and species according to specified quantity per bundle.
• Defect marking, using chop saw to remove defect, and running lumber through moulder.
• Completes production records indicating quantity, footage produced, profiles, species, etc.
• Pulling scrap pieces from working areas as needed.
• Performs banding functions securing piles for transporting.
• Performs inspection procedures of handling / banding equipment, changes tooling when worn.

What You Need to Bring to the

Woodworker Role:

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to read and follow outlined production schedules.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience working in fast paced environment.
• Must be able to physically lift and or move up to 75 lbs; able to stand, twist and bend for long periods of time.
