What You'll Do As a Finisher Operator, you'll help ensure products are accurately prepared and shipped to customers by: Packaging, kitting, and boxing finished products Operating equipment to print and apply barcode labels Preparing products for shipment and customer delivery Performing quality inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency Shrink wrapping and handling production materials Meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced environment Participating in cross-training opportunities to expand your skills

What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in packaging, assembly, manufacturing, or production Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate basic equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (hoist assistance available when needed) Comfortable performing repetitive work while maintaining accuracy Ability to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment

Bonus Skills:

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
