This role is responsible for packaging assembled products, preparing finished goods for shipment, and ensuring all products meet established quality standards. Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment while maintaining accuracy, quality, and productivity. Essential Responsibilities Package assembled products according to company specifications and work instructions Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and completeness Label, sort, and prepare products for shipping and distribution Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company safety policies and production procedures Meet daily production goals in a high-output manufacturing setting Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned Qualifications Reliable transportation is required Strong attendance and punctuality are essential Ability to thrive in a high-volume production environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or packaging experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:
