This position supports various areas of production and may include packing, palletizing, material handling, product sorting, and operating or assisting with production equipment. Employees may rotate between different production areas throughout the shift based on operational needs.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30

PM Overtime:

As scheduled/needed Responsibilities Pack, sort, and prepare finished products Build boxes and package products according to production requirements Palletize finished products Work at or near conveyor and production lines Operate or assist with basic production machinery and equipment Load materials or ingredients into production equipment as directed Monitor products for quality and accuracy Assist with material handling and inventory needs Perform basic equipment adjustments or troubleshooting as trained Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Rotate between production areas and duties as needed Qualifications & Physical Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Must be dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift Ability to bend, squat, stretch, reach, push, pull, and climb as required Ability to perform repetitive motions, including grasping and handling products Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
