The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently packaging plastics products in accordance with manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. This role is vital to ensuring product integrity, quality assurance, and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of packaging procedures, materials handling, and industrial equipment operation within a manufacturing environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team committed to excellence and compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Follow established safety standards in production areas, including proper use of hand tools and personal protective equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to comply with safety and quality standards. Perform quality checks on packaged products to verify correct labeling, sealing, and documentation accuracy. Assist with warehouse operations by managing inventory levels, receiving materials, and preparing shipments. Use basic math skills for measurements, counting, and verifying quantities during packing processes. Adhere strictly to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines throughout all tasks. Skills Experience operating packaging equipment and industrial machinery within a manufacturing setting. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), FDA regulations, and safety standards in production environments. Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting industrial equipment issues effectively. Ability to interpret production documents such as work orders, batch records, and assembly instructions. Proficiency in using hand tools and material handling equipment like forklifts safely. Strong attention to detail for quality assurance tasks including labeling accuracy and product integrity. Basic math skills for measurements, inventory counts, and documentation verification. Familiarity with manufacturing facility operations, warehouse procedures, and safety protocols. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomic practices. Understanding of manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to packaging processes.
