Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Picker and become a vital part of our efficient logistics operation! Duties Efficiently pick customer orders using RF scanners, manual methods, and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload shipments with precision, adhering to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents or injuries. Handle materials using appropriate manual handling techniques to minimize risk of injury during heavy lifting or repetitive tasks. Support warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, safety compliance, and efficient workflow throughout the facility. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar environments with a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Skilled in order picking using RF scanners or manual methods; familiarity with picker systems is a plus. Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with clamp trucks, pallet jacks, crane operation or heavy equipment is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipment documentation. Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence in compliance with OSHA standards; physical ability for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks required.
