Job Summary Client is seeking a Packaging Associate to support manual assembly and packaging activities on a team-oriented production line. The ideal candidate will be dependable, comfortable working on their feet for extended periods, and able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, packing, and stacking finished products. Schedule Full time and Part-Time 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday For Part-Time Choose any 2 weekdays (Monday-Thursday) that work best for your schedule Please indicate your preferred 2 workdays on your resume One 30-minute unpaid lunch Two paid 15-minute breaks Key Responsibilities Perform manual assembly and packaging tasks on a production line Place bottles on conveyor lines Check components, labels, and product codes for accuracy Label cases and bags Pack and stack finished products Check products for damage or quality issues and report them to the supervisor Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 0-1 year of general work experience Light assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful Ability to read and understand production documents, SDS, and safety information Reliable transportation is required Must be willing and able to work 100% onsite Must be dependable and punctual Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for approximately 8-9 hours per day Frequent bending Minimal climbing Comfortable working in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas PPE Requirements Candidates must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, including: Safety-toe work boots/shoes Safety glasses Gloves Hearing protection when required Important Location Requirement This position is 100% onsite in the Kirkwood area of St. Louis. Candidates must have reliable transportation . The hiring manager prefers candidates who can commute to the facility within approximately 25-30 minutes . Additional Information No additional medical exams are required other than drug screening . This is an entry-level, hands-on production and packaging position. Candidates must be comfortable with standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive packaging tasks.
