Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Packer to join our manufacturing team in Verona. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently packaging products in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations. Duties Carefully inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with packaging specifications Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to assemble and pack items securely Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport materials within the facility Follow detailed packaging procedures aligned with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to promote safety and efficiency Assist with inventory management by accurately labeling, sorting, and documenting packaged products Support assembly processes when required, ensuring timely completion of production orders Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies during all packing activities Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize workflow and resolve packaging issues promptly Skills Mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and assembly equipment Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is advantageous for understanding automated processes Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards relevant to pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environments Experience in packaging, assembly, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing setting Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and product handling Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a hands-on position within a reputable manufacturing operation.
