Experience Requirements Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required Experience using scanners or RF devices is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Duties Attend daily start-up meetings with your team Pick customer orders using a scanner and place items into totes Pack products into boxes for shipment Perform kitting duties by placing items into boxes as they move down a conveyor line Assist in the Panda area by placing boxes on a conveyor for labeling and returning them to designated locations Operate a walkie rider to transport pallets throughout the warehouse Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy Follow all warehouse safety procedures and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Picker Packer.
