Job Description
Job Summary Packaging Staff are the backbone of LPC production; he or she assists the Kitchen Manager, Lab Manager, Director of Cultivation, and General Manager with production depending on the assigned department/shift. Production Staff are paid @ $19/hr minimum for the first two weeks while training, and then will be paid on a piece rate. Those rates can be found below, production stations are listed below with the corresponding rates. An average rate of +$27/hr for production employees across all stations was established to arrive at these rates (without bonus incentives).
