You will play a crucial role in helping us fulfill orders during peak periods, earning an income while working shifts that fit your busy life. Casual Employees do not have a set schedule. Instead, this is an opt-in position designed for ultimate flexibility without a hard commitment.

What you can expect:

The Pay:

Guaranteed $22/hour (Paid every other Friday). No waiting for tips, no algorithm changes, and no gas expenses.

The Schedule :

We will email you 24-48 hours in advance when work is available. You simply pick up the shifts that balance well with your other commitments.

The Perks:

No nights and no weekends! Most available shifts fall within our regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (and many shifts are less than 8 hours, minimum of 4 hours). What you'll do while you're here Pack and label orders following appropriate company procedures; Prepare products for shipment, including mug rolling and box building; Ensure packing stations are kept neat, orderly, and trash emptied daily; Adhere to inventory control procedures to prevent the loss of product through damage, aging, or theft; Perform work activities in accordance with our Safety Policy and Procedures; Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Entry level; Ability to follow directions and safety procedures; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; Ability to communicate effectively; Requires bending, stretching, twisting, stooping, carrying, lifting, and reaching above the shoulder with up to 25 lbs Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels Ability to work with fragrant products (including coffee, soap, tea and eco-friendly cleaning supplies) Attention to detail.
