What You'll Do As a Warehouse Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and delivered on time.
Responsibilities include:
Pulling and preparing customer orders for pickup and delivery Staging upcoming orders to ensure efficient workflow Receiving and processing inventory transfers Assisting with inventory control and cycle counts Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely Verifying order accuracy and supporting quality control efforts Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Reporting inventory discrepancies and safety concerns promptly Supporting team members and assisting with additional warehouse projects as needed What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Shows up on time and takes pride in their work Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Works well independently and as part of a team Pays attention to details and values accuracy Communicates effectively with coworkers and customers Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is committed to workplace safety Can safely lift and move materials throughout the day
Qualifications Preferred:
High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience Forklift experience or certification- Yearly certification continued through employer Physical Requirements Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Why Join Our Team?
