Full-Time Graham Personnel Services is currently hiring Molding Inspector/Packers for a manufacturing facility in Asheboro, NC. This position works a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, giving you a consistent rotating schedule with days off throughout the week. What You'll Do Inspect molded products for quality and defects Pack finished products according to specifications Remove defective products from the production line Label, count, and prepare products for shipment Keep up with production and quality expectations Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and PPE requirements Perform other production duties as assigned What We're Looking For Manufacturing, production, packing, or inspection experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work a 12-hour shift Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Dependable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation Ability to work the full 2-2-3 schedule, including rotating weekends

AM Pay:

$16.25/hour

Schedule:
