We are looking for someone who has a passion for craft beer and a high standard of excellence. This position will be open to entry level and experienced candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist packaging team in any way needed Setup and breakdown of packaging equipment CIP packaging lines and packaging equipment Operate forklift safely while moving packaging material and finished goods Prepare shipments for distribution Perform general maintenance, sanitation, and driving duties

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic Ability to follow directions Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to learn quickly and apply new procedures and skills Mechanical aptitude to perform maintenance and repairs Ability to stoop, kneel, crawl, climb, and work in tight spaces Ability to manipulate tri-clamps; pull and coil hoses; and work with chemicals Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (up to 8-9 hours) Compensation Compensation commensurate with experience Green Man Brewery is an equal opportunity employer committed to workforce diversity.
