Canton, NC (on-site) Job Description IHC Investments is hiring Packaging Associates for our Canton, NC production facility. We are filling multiple positions now and can start qualified candidates within the week. This is hands-on production work. You will package finished products, assemble kits, apply labels, inspect for defects, and record output on daily production logs. Full training is provided. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Applicants must be 21 or older to handle our products. What you will do Package cartridges, pods, edibles, and related finished goods to spec Assemble kits and refill components Apply labels and verify correct packaging materials against the work order Perform visual quality checks and pull defective units Record unit counts and times on production logs Keep your workstation clean and follow all PPE and safety requirements What we require 21 years or older Able to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift Able to lift up to 40 lbs Able to perform repetitive tasks for 8 hours or more Reliable attendance and on-time arrival Able to follow written and verbal work instructions and count and document accurately Pass a criminal background check What we offer $20.00 per hour starting pay, paid bi-weekly Regular overtime available at time and a half Paid time off accrues from your first day on the job Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days Paid holidays 401(k) Real advancement.
