Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a hands-on Packing Specialist to build, pack, and prepare products for shipment. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical ability who enjoys working with tools and taking pride in quality work. Your proactive approach will ensure that packaging operations run smoothly, maintaining high quality and productivity levels. Duties:
Build custom wooden shipping crates according to blueprints, drawings, or specifications Use hand and power tools to construct and assemble crates Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed Safely and securely pack equipment, parts, and components inside completed crates Inspect products and packaging to ensure items are properly protected for shipment Prepare completed crates and packages for shipping Assist with loading and moving materials as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read and follow basic blueprints or drawings Mechanical aptitude and good attention to detail Ability to safely lift and handle materials Previous experience in crating, packaging, assembly, carpentry, manufacturing, or shipping is a plus Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot packaging machinery effectively Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety compliance Join our team as a Packing Associate if you're ready to contribute your skills in a vibrant manufacturing setting.
