In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, experience with inventory management, and the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment safely. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth logistics flow and supporting overall warehouse productivity. Responsibilities Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, adhering to safety and quality standards Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and updates in warehouse management systems Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents Follow safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations during all warehouse operations Ensure proper manual handling techniques to prevent injuries and promote workplace safety Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize order picking processes and improve efficiency Support general warehouse duties including organizing storage areas and maintaining cleanliness Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or related roles within a warehouse environment Familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management and materials handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members Don't wait!!
