Job Description

Job Summary:
Places inspected products such as doors, windows, moldings, etc. in package for shipping by performing the following duties.
Essential Functions:
Check screen after screening for special via shipment instructions Read labels to verify order accuracy Question any order that does not seem correct to you Wrap parts in cardboard Place wrapped parts in d-containers for proper client and ship mode Remember to always try and pack with the outside doors facing in for protection purposes All corners and edges must be protected from average handling done by loading and shipping Information from the order, such as the shipping area, customer abbrev., work order #, and quantity of the package should be boldly printed on each package. As time permits, the packers should work with the team to hand sand and inspect to assist in finishing daily orders. Lift 25lbs-50lbs Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skill, and Experience:
High school diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training Basic math skill Must be able to use a tape measure Must be able to pass medical respiratory evaluation.
