This role smooths surfaces of wooden articles, such as cabinet panels using sandpaper

Key Responsibilities:

Places proper grit sandpaper on hand sander Sands specified portions of wood products Uses hands and eye to feel and watch for proper sanding and any unremovable defects in the product Continually checks sandpaper for wear Keeps area clean and organized Performs other related duties as needed

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED; one year related experience and/or training Ability to print and speak simple words in English. Ability to work well within a diverse team environment Basic math skills Must be able to pass medical respiratory evaluation.

Physical Requirements:

Constant standing (8-9 hours daily), bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting a minimum of 25 pounds.
