Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic Order Picker Team and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and with precision. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help keep our warehouse running smoothly, supporting seamless distribution and exceptional service. Responsibilities Use warehouse management systems and RF scanners to accurately pick items according to order specifications Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently Select products from designated storage locations, ensuring correct quantities and quality standards are met Pack items securely for shipping, adhering to packaging guidelines and safety protocols Load and unload shipments using appropriate material handling equipment while maintaining safety standards Conduct inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, stock counting, and updating inventory records Perform quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition before dispatching Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems and inventory control Valid certification or experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment Skilled in order picking & packing processes with proficiency in barcode scanning for logistics purposes Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use, manual handling techniques, and heavy lifting procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and inventory management Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with shipping & receiving processes, warehouse distribution, and quality control is preferred Join us as part of a dedicated team committed to excellence!
