Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Packer/Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Statesville, NC. This role is essential in ensuring that products meet strict quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent analysis skills, and familiarity with quality systems and inspection tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing Package finished goods according to specifications (boxes, bags, labels, sealing requirements, etc.). Ensure correct counts, labeling accuracy, and proper protective materials are used. Prepare products for shipping, stacking, and palletizing as needed. Maintain clean, organized, and compliant packing stations. Inspection Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies according to quality standards. Perform visual and manual checks throughout the production process. Separate defective products and document findings. Notify supervisors of recurring quality issues.

Skills :

Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work well autonomously as well as within a team environment while achieving a common goal. Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors. Strong organizational and time management skills with good attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects/tasks.

Pay:

$16.50/hr
