Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, scanners, or order sheets Locate products throughout the warehouse and verify item numbers, quantities, and descriptions Build, stage, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery Check products for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with stocking, replenishment, packing, or other warehouse duties as needed Meet productivity and accuracy expectations in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order selection experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience using an RF scanner or warehouse picking system Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required Previous food distribution or warehouse experience helpful
Work Environment:
Warehouse/distribution setting. Employees may be required to stand and walk for long periods and work around moving equipment, pallets, and warehouse inventory.
