In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, packaging finished goods, and ensuring that all items meet strict quality and safety standards. Your energetic approach will help maintain efficient production lines, support materials handling processes, and uphold compliance with industry regulations such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assemble components accurately using hand tools and industrial equipment, following detailed manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) Operate packaging machinery and materials handling equipment, including forklifts and other material transport tools, adhering to safety protocols Conduct quality inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with
GMP, FDA
regulations, and customer specifications Pack finished goods securely for shipment, utilizing proper packaging techniques to prevent damage during transit Interpret production documents such as work orders, batch records, and assembly instructions to ensure precise execution of tasks Troubleshoot mechanical issues with packaging equipment or assembly stations promptly to minimize downtime Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards in production and warehouse operations Experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or industrial environment is highly preferred Familiarity with packaging equipment, industrial hand tools, and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills is essential Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and FDA regulations related to manufacturing processes is advantageous Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts is a plus, with certification preferred Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality checks are required Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Join our team where your skills will directly contribute to delivering high-quality products while ensuring safety and efficiency at every step.
