Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 21 Shift 1st or 2nd What's the Job?
Operate, monitor, and maintain filling and packaging machines according to work instructions Set up or adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications Monitor the quality of output to identify or discard faulty products Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis Follow safety practices with proper training and protective equipment provided What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to pass standardized cognitive company test(s) Willingness to work required overtime to meet business goals Strong attention to detail and safety awareness What's in it for me?
