Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Packer, where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure our products meet the highest standards. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing finished goods, preparing materials for shipment, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional products to customers worldwide. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced manufacturing facility dedicated to excellence and safety. Duties Operate packaging equipment and materials handling tools in accordance with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols Pack finished products accurately and securely, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards Interpret production documents such as batch records, packing instructions, and quality control reports to ensure correct packaging processes Perform heavy lifting and assembly tasks safely, adhering to safety standards in production and warehouse operations Conduct routine mechanical troubleshooting on packaging machinery and industrial equipment to minimize downtime Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area, including proper disposal of waste materials and inventory management Use forklift or other material handling equipment safely for moving raw materials or finished goods within the manufacturing facility Qualifications Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred, with knowledge of GMP, CGMP, and FDA regulations Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment and packaging machinery effectively Familiarity with manufacturing standard operating procedures and production document interpretation Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality checks Valid forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is a plus Strong adherence to safety standards in production environments, including heavy lifting techniques and safety protocol compliance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Must be Bilingual Spanish and English Must know how to read, white, and basic math. Pay:
$16.50 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 48.0 per week
