Hours:

Full-Time - 40 hours per week 2nd Life Books is a rapidly growing online used-book business selling through Amazon and other online marketplaces. We are looking for dependable, motivated employees to join our warehouse team.

What You'll Do:

This position will mainly focus on picking customer orders from our warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Picking books from warehouse shelves based on customer orders Scanning and verifying picked inventory Bringing completed orders to the shipping area Shelving and organizing inventory when needed Helping with general warehouse tasks Keeping your work area clean and organized Schedule This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position . Flexible scheduling may be possible depending on warehouse needs and employee availability. Saturday and Sunday availability may be required as needed. Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse position.

You should be comfortable:

Walking and standing for extended periods Moving throughout the warehouse to pick orders Bending, reaching, and shelving inventory Lifting approximately 20-50 lbs when necessary Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is reliable and has strong attendance Works with a sense of urgency Can follow simple picking and scanning procedures accurately Pays attention to detail Can work independently and stay productive Is organized and responsible Is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse Is available to work Saturdays and Sundays Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is helpful, but not required .
