Fenco Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipper/Packer to join our team. This union position is responsible for packaging products for shipment, ensuring orders are prepared accurately, securely, and on time.

Responsibilities:

Package products for shipment based on work orders and specifications Prepare shipping labels and required paperwork Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing Safely lift, move, and handle items up to 50 lbs regularly Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company safety protocols and procedures Work collaboratively with team members to meet shipping deadlines

Qualifications:

High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in shipping, packing, or warehouse work is a plus, but not required
