$18.00/hr Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems to ensure order accuracy. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools in accordance with safety protocols. Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety standards for heavy equipment operation and manual handling. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and ensuring proper placement of materials. Assist in inventory management tasks including stock counts, cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems to reflect current stock levels. Prepare packages for shipment by ensuring proper packaging techniques are used to prevent damage during transit. Follow safety procedures diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations with familiarity in order picking, packing, shipping & receiving processes. Hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology for logistics purposes. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling tasks. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is advantageous but not mandatory; a proactive attitude toward teamwork is essential.
