Responsibilities Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to accurately pick, pack, and process orders efficiently. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively. Handle inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment, ensuring safe manual handling practices and heavy lifting techniques. Follow barcode scanning procedures for logistics accuracy during shipping & receiving processes. Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations and PPE requirements to promote a safe working environment. Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in distribution or logistics environments. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers is essential. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, and barcode scanning technology is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently with heavy lifting involved. Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations including PPE use and heavy equipment operation. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in order fulfillment, quality control, and stock management. Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and order accuracy are required.
