Record Center Specialist:

Process incoming and outgoing orders and accurately locate, organize, and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials. Lift, carry, push, pull, arrange, and load boxes weighing approximately 10-50 lbs. , including heavier boxes when required. Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and other material-handling equipment. Load and shrink-wrap pallets and manually or mechanically load pallets and boxes onto trucks. Read labels, process orders, and use a computer system and handheld scanner to track inventory and locate boxes. Frequently walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, bend, twist, reach, and work on uneven or concrete surfaces. Safely move materials up and down inclines, stairs, and changes in floor elevation. Ability to regularly lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance . Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, reach, and twist for extended periods. Ability to safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. Ability to climb and balance on ladders when required. Ability to read and write English and accurately read labels and process orders. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently in a physically demanding environment.
